How to Hide Messy Cords With Pegboard

My home office is important to me. I work in there nearly every day as a blogger. But, the cords under my desk were definitely very organized, and as an organizing blogger that bothered me! I came up with a clever solution to hide them, but make them totally accessible and organized.

BEFORE: messy cords under the desk
After: cords hidden and organized!
Using pegboard not only meant I could hide the cords, but I could us it to organize more of my things!





Pegboard is inexpensive and easy to cut and use for multiple projects.





I added an ombre effect using three shades of spray paint.





The other tools needed to make this hidden organization.
Strap the power strip to the back of the pegboard. Labeled all the cords. This is the key to helping to access the cords -- see blog post URL for more details.
