Industrial Wood Plank Tray

I love the industrial look of metal and rustic wood. I decided to create a piece of my own using some pipe I picked up at my local hardware store.

I played around with pieces of pipe until I found the right configuration for 2 handles.

I added those handles to some scrap wood to create a serving tray. I stained and sealed the wood then attached everything with glue and screws.

The finished tray looks great on my large living room ottoman and I look forward to using it at parties. It easily holds a snack and a couple fo drinks.
