Map Table With Great Legs!

It wasn't this blue table that caught my eye at the thrift store... it was it's great legs!

A five dollar thrift store find gets a makeover... The first thing I did was to remove the awesome hairpin legs from this ugly blue particle board table.





I removed the turn table from the bottom of a Lazy Susan found at the thrift store and attached the table legs creating a new, beautiful wooden table top.





I cut a vintage nautical map to fit inside the lip and decoupaged it to the table. I used a sealer to seal the map and protect the table from spills.
The finished table made the perfect little side table from thrifted pieces.
