Barbelles of the Ball

Walking home from work I picked up a set of barbells a neighbour had sent to the curb. As I passed the fellow who lives next door to her I got a nod of approval. I gave him my broadest smile, even as I suspected we had very different visions of the future for those weights.
















I popped one of the weights onto the top of an upcycled wood lamp base and my smallest cloche on top - perfect fit.

I'm thinking decor for a brunch with workout buddies or the family weightlifter.
